Difference between combined self-supporting crane and domestic single and double beam crane
The different characteristics of combined self-supporting light crane (combined crane / station crane) and domestic traditional crane are compared:
Position relationship between bearing wheel and bearing beam
For electric / manual single and double beam suspension crane, the form of bearing flange is different. The crane and trolley run outside the bearing flange, and the wheels are exposed;
For the electric / manual bridge crane, the form of bearing track is different, and the crane and trolley still operate outside the bearing track.
The crane of the closed rail crane (commonly referred to as the rail trolley) and the hoist trolley run inside the bearing beam, and the flanges of all the bearing beams are internally curved. The bearing flanges of the closed rail crane, a is the running view of the hoist trolley in the bearing beam and B is the running view of the rail trolley in the bearing beam). Both ends of the bearing beam are blocked by dust covers, which can effectively prevent the entry of dust. From the appearance, the wheels of the rail car and the hoist car can not be seen, and the wheels seem to be closed. Therefore, the crane is named closed rail crane.
