Inspection requirements for metal structural parts of KBK crane
KBK crane is actually a series, which belongs to a kind of suspended single beam, but it does not use I-beam, and it mostly uses the combination of C-section steel and hanging parts. So the question is, should these I-steel structural members be subject to safety inspection? What should we pay attention to when testing
KBK crane needs to pay attention to the plastic deformation of metal structure. The camber of the main beam is the key part of the structural inspection of KBK crane to prevent the upper camber of the main beam of KBK crane from disappearing and even bending down due to the influence of overload, heat radiation and other factors. In addition, whether the jib is bent or twisted; The padeye of the bolt at the root of the jib and balance arm, and whether the weld between the main beam web and the lower cover plate of the bridge crane is cracked shall be inspected.
The metal structure is an important structure of KBK crane. The inspection of KBK crane before delivery shall meet the following requirements:
1. The metal structure of KBK crane shall have the strength, rigidity and stability for safe use, and shall meet the relevant requirements of GB / t3811 code for design of cranes
2. The design of the structure must consider the convenience and possibility of manufacturing, inspection, transportation, installation and maintenance Structures working in the open air must avoid ponding
3. The selection of base metal thickness of main stressed components should consider the corrosion effect of the structure according to the actual working environment of the crane
4. When the main stressed components of KBK crane lose the overall stability, they shall not be repaired and shall be scrapped
5. In case of obvious corrosion of main stressed components, inspection, measurement and calculation shall be carried out When the calculated bearing capacity cannot meet the rated bearing capacity, it shall be repaired to meet the use requirements, or transformed to reduce the rated lifting capacity, otherwise it shall be scrapped
6. When cracks occur in the main stressed components, measures shall be taken to prevent the continuous expansion of cracks according to the stress and crack conditions, and measures shall be taken to strengthen or change the stress distribution, otherwise the use shall be stopped
7. When the working mechanism cannot operate normally and safely due to plastic deformation of the main stressed components, if it cannot be repaired, it shall be scrapped
8. When structural parts need welding repair, the welding materials used shall meet the requirements of the original structural parts, and the welding quality shall meet the corresponding requirements
Inspection of key structural connecting bolts at key positions such as KBK crane jib, tower body of tower crane, gate seat, rotating center bearing seat of KBK crane and base of crawler KBK crane. In view of the comprehensive effects of tensile stress, shear force and torsional force often borne by the bolts at the above positions, the consequences will be very serious if they break from the root.
