Structure composition and characteristics:
1. Flexible hanging parts:
The connection between the lower part and the flange plate adopts a maintenance-free spherical structure with a built-in copper pad, which is flexible in structure and mainly bears downward forces.
2. Rigid lifting point:
When the precisely positioned manipulator, hoisting device or telescopic beam requires upward force, the height-adjustable rigid hanger is used for installation, and the height difference of the steel structure is compensated according to the height adjustment range of the hanger.
3. Beam hanging parts:
The beam is linked to the profile rail by the beam hanger. Through the use of aluminum alloy track trolleys, precision integration ensures that the system can operate with low noise and stable operation. The crossbeam hanging parts are divided into 0° hanging parts and 90° hanging parts to meet the different layout methods of the track.
4. Secondary protection device:
Track protection device (connection between the profile rail and the upper steel structure) Crossbeam protection device (connection between the profile rail and the crossbeam) Load protection device (to prevent the load from falling off the pulley shaft).
5. Track end cover:
The metal structure end cover is used to prevent the end cover from falling off, which can effectively prevent dust and debris from entering the track and affecting the track operation.
6. Track joint assembly/main beam strengthening connection assembly.
There are 4 types of joint components, which are fixed in the grooves on the side of the track, which can increase the length of the track indefinitely as required. The structure is lightweight and easy to install, which perfectly realizes the seamless connection of the track. The joint assembly can also be used to strengthen the main beam.
