1. Fixed rail
The rails are high-quality cold-rolled profiles and treated with aging. It has good elastic recovery performance within the yield limit and long service life. Track straightness and other errors are small. It can also meet the straightness requirements when the track length is very long, and the installation is simple and the resistance is small. Different types of rails can be selected according to the load and the distance between the lifting points. The rails are generally 1-9m in standard length. Tracks exceeding this length are connected by tracks of different lengths, and the bolts used for connection are high-strength galvanized bolts. The design of the closed profile rail can effectively avoid the dust on the rolling surface, thereby reducing the wear of the profile rail trolley and the hoist trolley wheel; the smooth running surface reduces the rolling resistance; the profile rail with low self-weight reduces the force on the support structure ;Easy installation, light movement, easy load positioning; Modular design, convenient for later expansion; Improved safety and production efficiency; Fully ergonomic; Manual operation of light cranes with beam lengths over 7m is lighter.
2. Track hanger
Used to fix the whole system, it is divided into upper and lower fixing clips and suspension rods. The upper fixing clip can be connected with the I-beam or with the concrete embedded parts. Generally, the pressure bowl is used to clamp the flange of the bearing beam and fixed by self-locking bolts. The lower fixing clip is sleeved on the fixed rail with a sleeve, and the side side is fixed by self-locking bolts. The hanging rod connects the upper and lower fixing clips through the connection point, and the connection point can effectively offset the horizontal force of the equipment to the prefabricated steel structure. By loosening the bolts, the upper and lower fixed clips can be moved on the I-beam or the track to adjust the position and the balance of the system; the horizontal plane of the track can be adjusted by choosing different lengths of the boom or adjusting its own screw-in length. To meet the lifting height and the level of the track, the equipment is in the best use state. All fixing bolts are high strength galvanized bolts. For steel structures with large spans, diagonal stay rods can be added as anti-swing supports.
3. Type rail trolley
The rail trolley can provide the connection between the main beam and the fixed rail, and the optimized design can make the main beam move smoothly along the fixed rail. The flank plate design of the rail trolley can ensure that the connection between the trolley and the fixed rail is absolutely reliable. Even if the wheels of the rail trolley are damaged after several years of use or in extreme cases, the flanks can still be safely stuck on the fixed rail. , it will never fall off. The two lateral guide wheels of the profiled rail trolley can fix the profiled rail trolley at the center of the fixed profiled rail to prevent the main beam from being stuck. 4. Gourd trolley
The hoist trolley provides the connection between the hoisting device and the main beam. The hoist trolley can move along the main beam effortlessly. The stamped body of the hoist trolley makes it easy to use with hooks or hoists with lifting lugs. The wheels are tapered to match the profile rails, which reduces rolling resistance and wheel wear. The wheels are fitted with permanently lubricated, sealed rolling bearings, which are maintenance-free components.
5. Cable pulley
Can be used to suspend fixed rails and flat cables along the main beam; this pulley has four wheels and a swivel saddle frame, it is very suitable for fixed rails longer than 19m, and can also be used with round cables.
6. Cable slider
Used to suspend flat cables that move along fixed rails and main beams. This slider is used for fixed rails up to 19m in length, and the flat cable can be directly fixed to the cable slider without using any tools.
7. Cable termination clips
It is fixed on the starting end of the fixed rail and the main beam, which can prevent the cable slider and the pulley from sliding out of the rail, and also has a stop effect on the hoist trolley and the rail trolley.
8. Track splicing unit
The use of splicing joints can connect the steel rails together and allow the installer to quickly and correctly align the splices, and use the adjustment bolts on the splicing joints to adjust the level and alignment.
9. Buffer
Plastic cast high impact buffers are installed in the fixed rails and main beams to prevent the rail trolleys and hoist trolleys from slipping out of the profile rails, these buffers are bolted to the profile rails to restrain the rail trolleys and hoist trolleys super run. Universal buffers are available as internal or external secondary stops.
10. Accumulation area
The accumulation area at one end of the fixed rail is like an extension area, which discharges the suspended object carrier (slider, pulley) at one end of the fixed rail without occupying the coverage space of the crane.
11. Powertrain
The power system of the light suspended crane is divided into two types: power supply and air power. According to different usage, for single main girder and double main girder system, the power supply system adopts movable flat cable to supply power for convenience. The operation is not affected by the drag cable, and the operation area is not restricted. All main beams are powered by mobile flat cables. A power switch is provided at the end of each set of cranes to facilitate maintenance.
12. Anti-sway support accessories
The installation of anti-swing support is to provide a free-moving and stable running track for the rail trolley, and it can be connected to the fixed rail to achieve a good anti-swing effect; these accessories are not provided as standard parts of the crane.
