Precautions when using light KBK cranes
Light KBK cranes are divided into many models, these models are different, the operating environment is also different, and the size of these cranes is relatively large. Cranes do not work alone. Instead, it works with accessories one by one. For example, hooks, KBK suspension cranes use hooks to lift heavy objects and then move them to other positions, which is very convenient and fast, saving manpower. So what are the matters needing attention when using KBK suspension cranes?
1. Do not touch rotating parts and keep enough distance to prevent clothes, limbs or hair from being caught.
2. When using cleaning agents, or near flammable items, avoid open flames, high temperature heat (welding) and sparks, otherwise it will cause accidental fires.
3. If it is necessary to carry out work on parts with electricity, at least 2 people should be present at the scene to press the emergency stop button or cut off the power supply in an emergency.
4. When dismantling the track: Before loosening the bolt connection, use ropes such as steel wire rope or sling to fix the track head to prevent the dismantled track from falling.
