1、 Main installation methods of KBK track
Generally speaking, there are two kinds of beams used for KBK track installation: steel structure beam and concrete precast beam. The latter needs to leave embedded holes so that bolts can be inserted or bolts can be inserted during installation. The installation methods mainly include pressing plate fixation, hook screw fixation, welding and bolt joint fixation, etc. It should have enough rigidity. According to the stress condition of each pressing plate, it can be made into single hole or double hole.
2、 Installation of KBK track standard components
The suspension of track is also an important standard component, which is generally located in the upper suspension beam or track suspension frame, and can be installed with two ball twisted long nuts. It should be noted that all bolts need to be tightened with the specified torque during connection. In this way, the light rail can be suspended.
After the suspension is installed, the track needs to be connected. The hexagon socket wrench with universal joint can be used to connect the bolts. The connection should ensure that the bolts are tightened evenly according to the specified torque. If the two ends of the bolt joints are tightened differently, the track will be bent. When several tracks are hung, they need to be connected in a horizontal plane and in a straight line.
Even if there is error, the horizontal height shall not exceed 10mm.
Next, the running trolley group, cable trolley and built-in buffer need to be installed into the track. In order to install successfully, the top of the track needs to be drilled, the end of the track needs to be closed with the end cover of the buffer, and the bolts on the ice crystal end cover according to the specified torque to ensure the safe operation of the trolley.
